What is Paintless Dent Repair?
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a repair method that restores a vehicle’s body to factory-like condition in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost without needing body work and paint. PDR can be used to remove dents of many kinds, such as hail damage and dinks, as long as the paint is not cracked.
After assessing the damage and determining which can be effectively removed using PDR, the technician gains access to the backside of the dent, which includes carefully removing body panels, taillights, or interior panels. Then the technician applies pressure to the dent, massaging the exterior to its original condition.
